Transformation happens when you get out of your head and have a new experience. We offer a range of services to help you practice self-compassion in everyday life. 

Depending on your intentions and goals, one or more of our services may be supportive for you. While you may understand the idea of self-compassion, it may be hard to practice it when you need it. Many people find it difficult to be kind to themselves without guidance and support. 

Self-compassion therapy is depth-oriented. It can help you recognize the challenging patterns in your life and transform them. When you relate to yourself with kindness, you form healthier habits.

The 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion class can support you in building tools and resources. It may also help you remember that you aren't alone in struggling with self-criticism. 

All are welcome at the monthly Self-Compassion Circle meditation group. This is a time where we sit and talk together about self-compassion in welcoming community.

A few times a year, we also offer day-long and half-day workshops focused on self-compassion. 

If you are a therapist, our professional trainings can help you avoid caregiver fatigue. We will also teach you self-compassion tools and exercises to share with your clients.
