This SoundCloud playlist is a collection of guided meditations that Lea recorded for the Mindful Self-Compassion course she teaches. Even if you have not taken the course, you may find these recordings helpful and supportive, particularly the Self-Compassion Break and Affectionate Breathing meditations.

Embodying Self-Compassion is a 30-minute meditation that leads you through a practice to help you tap into the power of willingness, even if in this moment you feel like you don’t know how to actually relate to yourself with compassion.
